2nd order issue in 2 weeks

I have just gone through a massive issue with a product fail with vista print in the last two weeks that took up so much time to sort it. Thankfully VP did eventully fix the issue. However, the next order I placed has once again gone completely wrong. I reordered an item that i have had before. I previously designed the item and had it first printed months ago and was very happy with. I went back into that order and clicked on "reorder" and checked out. I have done this before and obviously it is meant to send you the exact same order again. when the item arrived it was printed on the wrong paper. i had chosen matte and recycled and what has arrived is flimsy, glossy and not recycled. I could manage with this, however the back of the product has had three quarters of the text left off. this text is about my businesses services and prices, which is the primary reason for having this product printed in the first place. so essentially it is useless. i emailed directly the lady from VP who had taken care of the last issue-3/4 days ago now-and have received no response from her. So what else can i do but leave a bad review in hope that someone will help fix the issue?

In printing, gsm (grams per square metre) is used to measure paper density and thickness. Generally speaking, a higher gsm indicates a thicker paper. That said, there are other factors that can affect the look and feel of a paper, from paper finishes to where and how the paper was produced.

Our A4 and DL sizes come with the option to add a clear leaflet holder to your order at checkout (available as an add-on and cannot be purchased separately). Made of durable, 2.5 mm-thick PVC, our holders are well-suited for tables or countertop displays.
