I ordered 50 Christmas cards + 50 envelopes. The cards were essentially a bespoke design. My order was turned round within a matter of a few days - very impressive - and were everything I'd expected. However, a couple of the envelopes had been damaged and torn during packing. Full marks to VistaPrint for their speedy, no quibble resolution. They sent me 10 replacements by special delivery within a day or so. My Christmas 2024 envelopes also had print quality issues, which were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. So, overall for 2025's order I'm giving 4 Stars, but nevertheless would highly recommend VistaPrint.
