I ordered two different types of notebook. I spent a great deal of time ensuring my design was central. The ring binder style notebook came out as expected but on the other style of notebook the design does not look central. I went back and reviewed the pictures of what I had ordered and in the picture everything appears correct, so I'm disappointed that 3 of my notebooks aren't right. Not sure I would order again as a result.

The paper pages you receive depend on the cover material you choose. Journals with recycled matte cover includes 120 gsm recycled paper, while personalized journals with glossy, matte and soft-touch covers feature 90 gsm uncoated paper.

Yes, to make the most of your custom journal, we recommend that all files are in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) with a Fogra 39 colour profile. The optimal resolution for printed files is 300 dpi.
