Wireless Charger Doesn't Wirelessly Charge

The wireless charge function is sporadic at best. It starts to charge the device but immediately stops and may or may not start again before the charger turns itself off. Considering the appeal is the wireless charge, it does not deliver on this expectation. It does charge when the device is plugged in, but that isn't really the point when it is advertised as wireless. Sad as the charger and engraving looks really good.

Please note that it would be required that the powerbank is fully charged for it to properly function. If the product is at a low battery capacity it with not charge the device for long. If it is fully charged when you try to wirelessly charge your device, please let us know so we can look into this further.
