After a suspected error in printing my order and conversations with three different help line contacts, and three reprints, I was talked through my problem. It transpired that I had assumed that the image on each pack of cards was the front of the card. It was only when I unpacked the first pack that I discovered that the top card was part of the packing and that the postcards I had designed were all correct.
There was nothing other than assurance from the company that they were only too pleased to have had my custom despite the fact that they had sent three replacements at no cost to me.
