One tiny flaw

Hello! Thank you for the banner — it arrived on time and looks absolutely stunning. The print quality is excellent, the colours are vibrant, and overall it made a great impression. I’ll definitely be using it at upcoming events. That said, I did notice one small issue that I hope you’ll be able to address The circular hole where the pole slots into the metal casing appears to be unfinished — there’s no rubber grommet or lining around the edge. While it’s not razor-sharp, I’ve caught my finger on it a few times while trying to insert the pole, and I imagine it could easily scratch someone if they’re not careful. I’m not sure if this is a manufacturing oversight or simply part of the standard design, but if there is supposed to be a rubber insert, mine didn’t come with one. I’ll still be using it (it’s too nice not to!), but I thought it was worth mentioning in case future units can be checked or improved in that area. It doesn’t ruin the product by any means, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case it’s something that can be adjusted or quality-checked more closely going forward. Frequently asked questions

PVC-free material is designed for cleaner disposal, without the toxins included in other material options. It is also durable, weather and water-resistant. This material prints nicely – which means you get high-quality, vivid artwork.

A B1 certificate is the European flame retardant standard for contract drapery. It is used across Europe so that companies are aware that a fabric is flame retardant and can be used safely in a commercial environment.

Yes. All roller banners come with a carry bag included.

When you're setting up Economy or Standard pull-up banners, make sure to turn the stabilising foot (or feet) on the base perpendicular to the cassette.

There are several key ways you can make sure your pop-up banner is clear, legible and effective:

  • Use large fonts and images so people can see your banner from a distance.
  • Contrast your background and text colours to ensure clear readability.
  • Focus on one main message that people can quickly understand.
  • Keep your safety margins in mind as you design. (See the Specs & Templates tab for details on these important measurements.)

No, sorry, we don't offer replacement banners on their own.

Here are a few other tips before getting started:

  1. Don’t try to pull the banner further than the height of the pole, otherwise you may damage the retraction mechanism.
  2. Pull your banner straight up from the centre using two hands.
  3. When connecting the pole pieces for the standard style, find the round part inside the hole and stick the pole into it to make sure the banner stands straight.
  4. When retracting the banner back into its cassette, do not drop the banner from a height. Guide it gently back into the cassette so that it retracts correctly inside.

If you want to create a pull-up banner using an existing design, simply click on “Upload design” under the product specs and attach a file from your device. We’ll then import it into your Design Studio, where you can make further tweaks – add more text, images, QR codes and more.
