We understand how frustrating it must be to receive multiple orders that don’t meet your expectations, especially when the print quality affects readability and usability.
Upon reviewing your submitted files, it appears the design was uploaded as an image with very small details, which unfortunately couldn’t be adjusted due to the limitations of our Edit Design Page. Since our printing system is fully automated, it prints designs exactly as submitted, without manual intervention. That’s why we always recommend reviewing the product preview and generating a PDF proof before placing an order; these tools help catch layout or sizing issues in advance and ensure your artwork is optimized for the final product.
To help resolve this, we’ve already taken action on your order and sent a separate email with the full details of the support provided.
We also recommend updating your artwork with larger, clearer text that suits the label size and print area. We don’t offer samples at this time, but the minimum order quantity is 100, so you can try out a small batch before placing a larger order.

Water-resistant labels provide a limited amount of protection against water damage and can stand exposure to moisture up to a certain point. Whereas waterproof labels provide complete, all-around protection against water, moisture and humidity and will last much longer.
Yes, we offer a wide range of materials in both paper and plastic. Have a look at our custom roll labels. Please note that not all materials are waterproof.
Our waterproof labels are available in a range of plastic and paper materials. Our Waterproof Paper Labels feature a coated white paper that offers a high-quality matte finish and resists moisture and damp conditions. Our Plastic Labels are made from PVC-free polypropylene, providing a durable, waterproof option ideal for long-lasting applications.
To ensure that you get the transparent or holographic look, don’t use designs with solid backgrounds and avoid jpeg files. Opt for .PDF or .PNG files instead.
