I created a graphic for a school reunion and used Vista Print to supply 24 mugs with the faces of the 24 attendees. The turnaround was only a few days and the end result is excellent. Looks amazing and will make a group of old men very happy. Great service and quality.

Production delayed 3x then after 15 days to receive poor print

This item was originally ordered 6th October with no given explanation production was delayed different conflicting reasons were given for this by different agents. Eventually a notification that thus order will arrive on 10th of October was given it never arrived. I had to contact Vistaprint on 13th the agent I spoke with whose chat transcript I downloaded gave inaccurate and confusing information again order was made with no clear reason why it was delayed. That was akso delayed and never showed up on thr delivery date provided I had to contsvt Vistaprint again on that date the order finally arrived in poor print quality and misaligned. This is an item I have been ordering on the date design that I made on thr Vistaprint design tool and since January 2022 many units havd been ordered despite this yer another agent claimed the issue is with the design. I had to place another separate order as this was taking donlong and again with tharmt the size aas smaller. I had to contact an agent avd send images on the 23rd 5 deoerqte emails the call got cut off the agebt never returned the call by the way. Each agent automatically re orders a replacement but the issue doesn't resolve I have been requesting for an escalation a supervisor to review all the communication including phone calls which are recorded to see the many diverse conflicting answers I have revieved from my initial query until 27th of October 19 days of contacting Vistaptint for the sahe isdue. I am not sure if agents work remotely and are not in an office where they can speak to their supervisor in person or have someone who directly speaks to the people who print the orders to fins out why all of the sudden an item thar has been ordered since 2022 has met so many issues it is not one order it is 3 orders placed on the sane day for the sane design all had to be reprinted abd the reprinted that a customer revieved has also the sane issue. The answers abd response is identical it doesn't feel thr customer is actually being listened to the phrases often repeated are as follows. " I am truly so sorry for the experience you’ve had with this order. " or "I completely understand how frustrating it mustbe to receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations" Yesterday morning for example the agent I was on thr call with tried to suggest tye issue might be with thr design now this is the 3rd time this is bring said how is it a design that hasn't been altered abd printed fine for years suddenly develop an isdue from October 2025? The agebt also made comments and was vague to answer of your agent Maran had edited my project without my knowledge . It showed my project was edited (not by me) on the 2qst October I asked Maran by email then asked Sady by phone abd again yesterday asked Shayma Maran has remained dikebt to confirm she hasn't edited the project because I did not give permission and have explicitly in writing stated previously I do not want my projects opened without my knowledge or consent. 4 working days from. 21st until 25th I recieved no confirmation if my projected was in fact edited. I request again maran to confirm really I feel like this is a completely different organisation than the one I initially started printing with this issue hasn't been escalated it has stayed within the same team that answer on chats and on calls and all these 5 reprints could have nern avoided if customers are listened to instead of just automatically reordering a product without first solving the problem. I have sent an email detailing everything and I lose confidence after these 19 days chasing to resolve this issue.

One problem after another

Order originally placed 6th October from a project having been printed since January 2024. However since October a continuous string of issues that are met with same generated responses and false reassurance. Earlier a misleading reply was given to my review of another order that clearly demonstrated whoever replied didn't actually look into the issue before replying and was clearly unaware since 8th of October I have made over 7 phone calls countless emails and chats and issue with print remains as it was when first reported . In the olden daya Vistaptint was highly efficient and responsive in a manner that actually solves issues bowcit os very nicely formatted reassurance replies with apologies and reissuing orders but not resolving g the root problem that leads to wastage for the company that owns Vistaptint because I'd rhe issue is with a printer then the issue should br addressed prior to replacement it seems very impractical

Our white printed mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Heat-changing mugs are hand-wash only and are not microwave safe. Black mugs, however, should be hand-washed.

Our standard mugs come in white, with 7 different colour options for the handle and interior – perfect for matching your design or brand colours.

Our heat-changing mugs are available in plain black only. When hot liquid is added, the mug’s colour will change to reveal your design.

You can choose between 2-sided or wraparound printing when designing your custom mug. With 2-sided mugs, you can add two separate images, special messages or a combination of the two. Wraparound mugs use one single image, design or text that’s printed around the whole mug. If you’re creating promotional mugs for your business, you can upload your logo or message and choose where you’d like it to appear.

When they’re empty and cool, these mugs are black — they look like plain mugs. When warm liquid is poured in, the heat changes the mug, revealing your custom design. When the magic mug cools down again, the reverse effect happens, and the mug slowly reverts to black.

If you’re uploading an image or design for mugs, one trick is to ‘knock out’ the white in your design. Photo imaging or design software makes it possible to remove any colour from that part of your design. Then, when you add that same design, the white of the custom mug will be visible – no need to colour match!

No. Our design experience allows you to edit and customise the same mug template for different recipients, without having to start a new order.

To take advantage of this feature, click on the ‘Names’ icon when customising your mug in the studio. You’ll be shown a variety of naming options and placeholders. Our placeholders not only let you add a different name to each mug, but also job titles and more.

Select the appropriate placeholder(s) and then head to the next page where you can enter individual names, details and even different accent colours for each recipient. From there, proceed to place your order.
