Upon reviewing your account, we found that the originally selected label size did not properly fit your uploaded image and was only available in portrait orientation. Despite this, the order was placed as submitted. After your initial concern, our Care Team worked with you to select a different size in hopes of improving the result, but we regret that the replacement still did not meet your expectations.

We don’t offer samples at this time, but the minimum order quantity is 100, so you can try out a small batch before placing a larger order.

Water-resistant labels provide a limited amount of protection against water damage and can stand exposure to moisture up to a certain point. Whereas waterproof labels provide complete, all-around protection against water, moisture and humidity and will last much longer.

Our waterproof labels are available in a range of plastic and paper materials. Our Waterproof Paper Labels feature a coated white paper that offers a high-quality matte finish and resists moisture and damp conditions. Our Plastic Labels are made from PVC-free polypropylene, providing a durable, waterproof option ideal for long-lasting applications.
To ensure that you get the transparent or holographic look, don’t use designs with solid backgrounds and avoid jpeg files. Opt for .PDF or .PNG files instead.
