Before applying, first check to make sure your envelope is fully sealed. After that, simply remove the adhesive’s backing and press the seal firmly, yet gently, onto the envelope.
Wax can be delicate and cracking is normal. With this in mind, we recommend handling the seals with extra care to ensure they stay looking beautiful.
Our wax seals come in quantities of 10. To ensure you have enough, we recommend starting with the number of envelopes you plan to send (designating 1 seal for each envelope) and then rounding up to the next available quantity. For example, if you’re sending out 100 envelopes, we recommend ordering 110 wax seals. Wax seals can be delicate, so it’s always good to have extras on hand just in case.
Envelopes with wax seals sometimes attract additional postage fees. Get in touch with your local post office to find out the exact cost.
Not at the moment. However, our envelope seals are a delightful alternative. Our seals come in a variety of customisable templates and are the perfect way to add a monogram or initials to your envelopes.

Absolutely. That said, when it comes time to post them, we highly recommend taking your wax-sealed envelopes to the post office instead of dropping them in the letter box. (Post that is retrieved from letter boxes is processed using machines that can damage the seals.)
Once at the post office, you can request that the clerk process your invites by hand, otherwise known as hand-cancelling.
