Quality great, logo had issues.

The quality of the cotton is wonderful. It's lightweight, soft and breathable. My only issue was with the design and ink! First, the design on the t-shirt was smaller than how I designed it on the website, even using the grid and the 30. 8cm guideline, it came out to be about 2-3cm smaller than expected. However, the quality of the print was perfect, and I did grow to like the smaller size, but I still would have preferred the original size I designed. Second, I folded the t-shirt whilst it was still damp and part of the image bled onto the white cotton around it. I asked a printing company near me if that's normal with the conditions the t-shirt was in (it was quite warm too), and they said it wasn't. So, I guess the take away is to enlarge your designs by about 10-15%, when a design is this delicately printed, to make sure you don't do anything with it until it is stone dry. Maybe that's a label you can include if you're reselling your t-shirts – just a thought Will probably buy again from vistaprint with these lessons learned!

For direct-to-garment and textured print, our T-shirts are available in 6 sizes from S – 3XL. For screenprint, there are 7 sizes from S – 4XL. For more sizing information, check our size chart tab to make sure you order the right fit.

If you choose direct-to-garment, you can add your design to the front or left chest and the back areas. For screenprint, you can customise the front and back of the T-shirt. To make sure your design is clear and readable, we recommend adding medium/large images and text above 24pt.

This depends on your needs and whether the custom T-shirt is a gift or for promotional use.

Direct-to-Garment: works with any design, including photos, multicolour graphics, fine details and gradients. It uses direct-to-garment printing. The process is great for more intricate designs in multiple colours – but it may fade after several washes.

Textured Direct-to-Garment: works with unlimited colours and designs, producing a raised print with a 3D effect. This method is ideal for creating bold, standout designs that you can see and feel.

Screenprint: ideal for one-colour logos or text. It uses screenprint technology which pushes the ink through a woven screen onto the fabric. This creates a durable design with a ‘painted-on’ feel.

100% organic Fairtrade cotton which makes it comfortable for everyday wear — ideal for staff uniforms.

To wash your custom T-shirt, turn it inside out, and machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine bleach and do not tumble dry. To keep your personalised T-shirt in top condition, we recommend not to iron the printed area.
