Quite poor quality

I was quite disappointed with this. The cardboard that the puzzle is printed on is really thin and when I broke the puzzle up to gift it, some of it tore where it wasn't cut properly. I think £22 is a lot for the quality of this.

Useless without a box or photo

Received the jigsaw which I purchased to use as a gift. However VistaPrint didn’t put it in a box or even provide the compete image. Which defeats the point of the recipient completing the jigsaw. How are they supposed to know what they are completing?

Poor quality

So disappointed. I've ordered several picture books and they've been great, but this puzzle is truly awful. Cheap and flimsy. I ordered it for a gift but I'd be too embarrassed to give it.

Our personalised jigsaw puzzles are printed onto 1 mm-thick grey cardboard with a glossy coating. In addition to its durability, the material allows for crisp, photo-quality printing with a slick, shiny finish.

Yes, our custom puzzles come in 3 sizes. Our A4 size (298 x 210 mm) includes 120 puzzle pieces, while our smaller A5 size (214 x 159 mm) includes 80 pieces. And for those who want something a little more challenging, we have our A3 size (290 x 406 mm), which contains 300 pieces.

It’s important to note that your personalised jigsaw puzzle will arrive preassembled, sealed for protection in a plastic bag. If you intend to make your own puzzle for a special surprise — to propose, ask friends to be part of your wedding party or announce a pregnancy, for example — you’ll want to make sure that you have your puzzle delivered to you first. You can then disassemble the puzzle, package it as you’d like and give it to its intended recipient.

The cardboard used for our photo puzzles is 1 mm thick.
