Our custom wall calendars come in 4 sizes:

• A4 – Small with Top Binding: 29.7 cm x 21 cm, hangs vertically with spiral binding on top.
• A3 – Classic with Top Binding: 42 cm x 29.7 cm, hangs vertically with spiral binding on top.
• A4 Double – Classic with Middle Binding: 21 cm x 29.7 when closed, 42 cm x 29.7 cm when unfolded. 2-page spread, hangs unfolded, with spiral binding in the middle.
• A3 Double – Large with Middle Binding: 29.7 x 42 cm when closed, 59.4 cm x 42 cm when unfolded. 2-page spread, hangs unfolded, with spiral binding in the middle.

That depends! Our A4 wall calendars with top binding are perfect if you want a small wall calendar that fits in tight spaces. On the other hand, a large wall calendar like our A3 Double showcases your photos in a bigger format, allowing them to stand out while still keeping plenty of space for your schedule. We recommend measuring your space to make sure your wall calendar fits perfectly.

Our online studio is designed to make creating your custom wall calendar simple yet fun, and we’ve updated the experience with new features. You can select layouts with single or multiple photos, or choose from fun backgrounds (you can even add a background that spans both calendar pages). You can also add photos to the calendar grid along with custom text. For more detailed information on each new feature, check out this article. Note: We recommend using a desktop computer instead of a mobile device to customise your wall calendar. Our desktop studio offers more design features and the larger screen makes it easier to see your wall calendar while you design.

You can use JPEG (.jpg), BMP, PNG, HEIC and various RAW files.

Yes. As you design, you’ll have opportunities to add text or decorations to your design. We now have an extensive clipart collection that lets you add all sorts of clipart to any date you’d like – you can even upload your own clipart.

You’ll also be able to customise holidays and special dates that you want printed on your photo wall calendar – you can remove any of our recommended holidays, plus label birthdays, anniversaries and more.

Yes. To reorder, log into your VistaPrint account. Go to ‘My Account’ in the top-right corner of your screen and select ‘Order History & Reorder’. Scroll to find the wall calendar you want to reorder and select the “Edit & Reorder” button. You can update previous wall calendars with the current year and your custom design from that year will remain the same. However, please note that while custom events like birthdays and holidays are transferable, clip art is not.

Depending on when you placed your order, you may need our Design Services team to recreate the wall calendar on your behalf. If this is the case, you’ll see a pop-up notification after you click ‘Edit & Reorder’. Once you see the notification, select the button that says “Let us help” – this allows you to put in a request for calendar recreation with our team.

Once you’re in the design studio, you’re free to start with any month you’d like. Simply tap on the small blue calendar icon that says, ‘Edit your calendar dates here’. Then, select the “Start date” tab to edit the starting date and update your wall calendar.

Yes. You can view these images in the ‘My Uploads’ section of your account.

Yes. We recommend using pen or marker to write on your calendar.

That depends on the wall calendar size you select. If you opt for the Double A3 or A4 Double sizes, you'll see that we only apply coating to the top half of your wall calendar to show off your images – the bottom portion below the binding is left uncoated. If you select the A3 or A4 sizes, there is no coating on the calendar whatsoever. You can write on both the glossy and uncoated sections of your custom wall calendar.
