Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Upon checking, the printed-off white square on the shirt was part of your uploaded design. If ever you're expecting the white background to be the white garment of the shirt, the original background color from the design should be removed prior to uploading or during the design process since there is a "Remove Background" option on the design edit page. Furthermore, we highly recommend always checking the product preview to see how the design will look on your product once printed.
