MIssing parts, poor communication

Ordered a table sign, assumed the base is included, how on Earth the table sign can stand by itself. I didnt see any prompt for the the item to be added to the basket at the checkout. Later on the support over the chat said that the wooden base for the table sign is not in the inventory that is why the system did not show it at the checkout. Now I have the table signs with no stand. I am a regular customer and I am not happy with this experience.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we regret that this order did not meet your expectations. The product details indicate that both easels and wooden bases are sold separately and are available to select during checkout. In this case, the wooden base was out of stock at the time of your order, which is why it may not have been shown as an option during checkout, however, the easel would. If you have any other concerns, we are here to assist.

Was a bit sceptical about these, but had no other option as we were unable to fix directly into the wall, however - these do a job! Hund an A2 sized frame with a bit of weight to it without drilling or screwing into the wall - it's still up! Only thing was the instructions took a bit of figuring out, but got there in the end!

Do as they are suppose to.
