Essential for conferences and gatherings

Event programmes help attendees navigate your conference, workshop or business gathering. Use them to share agendas, speaker bios, session descriptions and venue maps. With 8–84 pages available, you have room to include sponsor information, networking tips and other helpful details. Printed programmes give attendees something to reference throughout the day and take home afterward as a reminder of your event.

Professional presentation options

Choose from 8 formats including portrait, landscape and square formats to match your event style. Select matte paper for easy readability or glossy paper to make photos and graphics stand out. Your programme includes 4 cover pages with 3 thickness options: self cover that matches your inside pages, premium 250 gsm or premium plus 300 gsm laminated covers for a polished look. Saddle-stitched binding with metal staples keeps pages together as attendees move between sessions.

Simple design and ordering

Upload your programme design as a PDF, then choose your size, page count and paper preferences. Our system automatically checks for common design issues and guides you through each step. After you place your order, we handle the printing and deliver your programmes ready to hand out. They'll arrive looking professional and ready to help your attendees make the most of your event.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — for a successful print, we recommend following these design tips and upload specifications.

  • Format: Your file needs to be in PDF format — without password protection.

  • Layout: Your file should include single pages, each arranged in the correct reading order. Make sure your file includes all of your pages – including four cover pages.

  • Blank Pages: If you want blank inside cover pages, make sure you include blank pages within your PDF file.

  • Colours: Event programmes are printed in CMYK. Images provided in RGB or PANTONE colours will be converted.

  • Resolution: 300 dpi (dots per inch) is the required resolution for event programmes. Lower resolutions may affect the printing quality.

  • Bleeds: For an accurate print, include a 3 mm bleed on every side of every page. If you encounter file upload issues, double-check your bleed — it may exceed the accepted ±0.25 threshold.

  • Margins: Keep all text at least 1 cm from the margins. Anything closer may be too close to the edge (or the binding) to easily read.

Staple binding is a style that uses 2 metal staples to turn individual pieces of paper into a cohesive booklet. Since the staples are placed down the centre of the papers, each piece of paper becomes 4 booklet pages.

Event programmes work well for conferences, seminars, workshops, business meetings, awards ceremonies and networking events. They're helpful when you need to share schedules, speaker information, session details or venue layouts with attendees.

Your event or conference programmes can include 8–84 pages, including 4 cover pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover). For example, an 8-page programme equals 4 cover pages plus 4 inside pages. You can increase or decrease a programme's page count in increments of 4: 12 pages, 16 pages, 20 pages and so on.

No, you’re not required to — you’ll just need to include blank pages in your print-ready PDF. But if you’d like to utilise all the space and add content to all 4 cover pages, you’re welcome to do that, too.

You can select the same cover thickness as your internal pages or choose from premium 250 gsm or premium plus 300 gsm laminated options for sturdier, more durable covers. Laminated covers help protect programmes from wear and display your cover design clearly.

Sample programmes are not available, but you can order a single programme. This is a helpful way to see how your printed event programme looks before you order a larger amount.

Our tailored design premium review is an optional, paid service where a professional designer thoroughly checks your file to help ensure your programme prints correctly. For an extra cost, we look for common issues that can affect print quality, including margins and bleed (ensuring no critical text is too close to the edge and that bleeds are set up correctly), image quality (checking that images are sharp, high resolution and not too dark for printing), text legibility (confirming all fonts are clear and easy to read) and overall layout (a general check to ensure your design and content look their best). If we spot minor issues, our designer will fix them for you. For any major changes, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Our comprehensive designer-led review is typically completed within 1 business day, but can take up to 10 business days for more complex projects (e.g. those with high page counts). Please note, this service is only available with our 10-day economy production.

It depends on the nature of the issue:

  • For minor tweaks that are clearly needed for a successful print (like adjusting a margin), our designer will make the change for you.
  • If we find a major issue that significantly alters your design (like a low-quality key image), we will pause the process and contact you directly to discuss the options and get your approval before making any changes.
