Essential for product-based businesses

Company catalogues let customers browse your products at their own pace. Whether you're selling homeware, clothing and accessories, equipment or speciality items, a printed catalogue creates a tangible shopping experience. With 8–84 pages available, you can organise products by category, include pricing and specifications and highlight bestsellers or seasonal offerings. Catalogues work well as handouts at trade shows, mail inserts or in-store reference materials that customers can take home.

Professional presentation options

Choose from matte or glossy paper finishes to best display your product photography. Select from 8 versatile formats including portrait, landscape and square formats. Your catalogue includes 4 cover pages with 3 thickness options ranging from self cover (matching your inside pages) to premium plus 300 gsm laminated covers. The saddle-stitched binding with metal staples keeps your catalogue intact through repeated handling by customers and sales teams.

Straightforward ordering process

Upload your product catalogue design as a PDF and select your preferred size, page count and paper options. Our system checks your file for common design issues and guides you through the ordering process. Once your order is placed, we handle the professional printing and deliver your finished catalogues ready to distribute. Your product catalogues will arrive looking sharp and ready to help customers discover what you sell.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — for a successful print, we recommend following these design tips and upload specifications.

  • Format: Your file needs to be in PDF format — without password protection.

Layout: Your file should include single pages, each arranged in the correct reading order. Make sure your file includes all of your pages – including four cover pages.

Blank Pages: If you want blank inside cover pages, make sure you include blank pages within your PDF file.

Colours: Event programmes are printed in CMYK. Images provided in RGB or PANTONE colours will be converted.

Resolution: 300 dpi (dots per inch) is the required resolution for event programmes. Lower resolutions may affect the printing quality.

Bleeds: For an accurate print, include a 3 mm bleed on every side of every page. If you encounter file upload issues, double-check your bleed — it may exceed the accepted ±0.25 threshold.

Margins: Keep all text at least 1 cm from the margins. Anything closer may be too close to the edge (or the binding) to easily read.

Staple binding is a style that uses 2 metal staples to turn individual pieces of paper into a cohesive booklet. Since the staples are placed down the centre of the papers, each piece of paper becomes 4 booklet pages.

Product catalogues work well for retail businesses, wholesalers, manufacturers and e-commerce companies that want to present their inventory in an organised format. They're useful for seasonal product collections, trade show handouts, sales presentations and direct mail campaigns.

Your product catalogue can include 8–84 pages — this includes 4 cover pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover). For example, an 8-page catalogue = 4 cover pages + 4 inside pages. You can increase or decrease a product catalogue’s page count in increments of 4: 12 pages, 16 pages, 20 pages, etc.

No, you’re not required to — you’ll just need to include blank pages in your print-ready PDF. But if you’d like to utilise all the space and add content to all 4 cover pages, you’re welcome to do that too.

The cover paper for your company catalogue will be laminated — they help protect catalogues from wear and are a great way to show off your cover design. Our laminated covers are available in matte or glossy. You can select the same cover thickness as your internal pages, or go with a 300 gsm option for sturdier covers.

Sample catalogues are not available, but you can order a single catalogue. This is a great way to see how your printed booklet looks before you order a larger amount.

Our tailored design premium review is an optional, paid service where a professional designer thoroughly checks your file to help ensure your programme prints correctly. For an extra cost, we look for common issues that can affect print quality, including margins and bleed (ensuring no critical text is too close to the edge and that bleeds are set up correctly), image quality (checking that images are sharp, high resolution and not too dark for printing), text legibility (confirming all fonts are clear and easy to read) and overall layout (a general check to ensure your design and content look their best). If we spot minor issues, our designer will fix them for you. For any major changes, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Our comprehensive designer-led review is typically completed within 1 business day, but can take up to 10 business days for more complex projects (e.g. those with high page counts). Please note, this service is only available with our 10-day economy production.

It depends on the nature of the issue:

  • For minor tweaks that are clearly needed for a successful print (like adjusting a margin), our designer will make the change for you.
  • If we find a major issue that significantly alters your design (like a low-quality key image), we will pause the process and contact you directly to discuss the options and get your approval before making any changes.
