We understand how disappointing it is when an important detail doesn't print clearly. Upon checking your order, we found that the uploaded design file for that specific image was actually of low resolution and blurry on our end. Please be advised that our printing process is fully automated, meaning the system prints the file exactly as it is submitted, and it cannot automatically enhance or sharpen low-resolution images. For future orders, we highly recommend using higher-quality designs or images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures that even small details, like text on a cake topper, remain sharp and crisp when enlarged for a banner.
