To complete a design for your box from start to finish, follow these simple steps:
Select your size.
Choose the envelope gift box size best suited to give your products the protection they need.
Make it your own.
Our 3D Studio lets you upload images, logos, patterns, fonts and line graphics. Apply these to the outside of your envelope box to preview how it will look once printed.
Sit back & relax.
We’ll take care of the rest. We'll professionally print, package and send your custom-printed box to you, ready for use.
Your envelope boxes will be flat packed and protected during transit. This allows us to send as many as you need while keeping delivery prices down, while the envelope boxes can still be assembled in no time at all.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer interior printing for our cardboard envelope boxes.
No, we do not offer custom sizes of envelope-style boxes.
All of our envelope gift boxes are made of cardboard, with 4 options for you to choose from: thick matte coated cardboard, bright premium uncoated cardboard, 100% recycled brown cardboard and an ivory-coloured rough-finish cardboard.

While we do not currently offer sample orders of our envelope-style boxes, we have no minimum order quantity. This way, you can order one or a few to test without breaking the bank.
We don’t have one most popular colour; instead, we find most of our customers choose to use their brand colours. However, if you’re struggling to create a design, here are some simple steps that can help:
Choose a solid colour for your background.
While it might be tempting to add multiple colours to your background, it’s best to keep it simple with just one or two. It will make it easier to add layers like text and logos later on, and you can always come back and add more.
Contrast your text with your background.
If you plan on having text on your envelope box, be sure to choose a colour that will stand out from your background. For example, if your background is black, white would make a great text colour. You can also achieve a similar effect by contrasting a light background with darker text, or vice versa.
Keep your box size in mind.
This is especially important if you’re adding text. A larger box can fit more text, but if the font is too big or small it could be hard to read. If the box is a smaller size, too much text could be hard to read. Make sure your text doesn’t cover up too much of your design, while still being legible.
