Yes, they are. Our economy shipping boxes are made from at least 70% post-consumer recycled cardboard, contain no plastic and use no glue in the manufacturing process. They’re fully biodegradable and can be recycled without any extra steps — making them a smart, eco-friendly choice for small brands on a budget.

We don’t offer custom sizes at the moment. To keep our cheap shipping boxes affordable and efficient to produce, we’ve standardised 15 popular sizes that cover a wide range of shipping needs.

Currently, we do not offer sample orders of our basic shipping boxes. But with minimum orders starting at just 30 boxes, you can easily place a small test run before committing to a larger order of wholesale basic shipping boxes.

These affordable shipping boxes are built to take a beating. We use strong, five-layer E-flute corrugated cardboard, about 5 mm thick and 660 g/m² in weight. Each box can support up to 20 kg, so they’ll hold up through the typical rough handling of shipping and delivery.

Our small-budget shipping boxes don’t include any self-sealing features, and are designed to be closed with standard packing tape.

For the best results, use solid CMYK colours and set your artwork to 300 ppi resolution. Keep fonts at 8 pt or larger, and lines at least 0.8 pt thick. That ensures your design prints are clean and crisp on every box.
