Yes, our cardboard bottle boxes are made from biodegradable cardboard cardstock and are completely plastic-free. No glue is used in the production process, so the entire box can be recycled.
Currently, we only offer a single standard size: 9 x 9 x 33 cm, designed to fit most 0.75 litre bottles.
Yes, we offer all-over exterior printing in full-colour CMYK printing, so you can add all the details you’d like to your boxes.
While we currently do not offer samples, we have a low minimum order quantity of 30, so you can try out a small batch before ordering more.
Currently, interior printing is unavailable for these boxes.
Our cardboard bottle boxes are made from a durable, 350 gsm card stock that’s designed to keep your bottles safe during handling. They are not, however, designed to be shipped or delivered without first being placed in a more sturdy container, like our shipping boxes.
They don’t — our boxes are self-locking, so you won’t need any extras like tape or glue to make sure these stay securely shut.
Yes, here are a few key things to keep in mind to ensure your design comes out in the best way:
Resolution: Set your artwork to 300 ppi (pixels per inch) for sharp, high-quality results. Lower resolutions may appear blurry when printed.
Colour mode: Use CMYK colour mode (not RGB) to ensure colours print accurately. We recommend using solid CMYK colours for clean, vibrant output.
Line thickness: Avoid using lines thinner than 0.1 mm, as they may not print clearly or be visible on your finished design.
File format: Save your file in PDF format with all fonts outlined and images embedded.
Bleed & margins: Make sure to include bleed and safe margins according to the template — this prevents important design elements from being trimmed off.
Text placement: Keep any text away from the edges or fold lines to ensure readability and prevent distortion when the box is folded.
