We ordered wedding invites from Vista on professional grade paper and it was so thin, and the text print faded. V disappointing!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your wedding invitations did not meet your expectations. We understand how important this order is and how disappointing this must be. As stated in the product description, the linen stock used is 300 gsm. Based on our checks, a complete design was uploaded; however, the text appears to have been in a very light font color, which can result in a faded appearance when printed. For future orders, we suggest adjusting the font color for better contrast and readability. To help, we have taken action on your account to address the matter, and an email will be sent with the details.

They came quickly and good quality. Only issue was you could see the outline of the text boxes slightly, but unsure if this was a printing error or an error earlier on in the process.
