Pull your banner straight up from the centre using two hands. 3. When connecting the pole pieces for the standard style, find the round part inside the hole and stick the pole into it to make sure the banner stands straight. 4. When retracting the banner back into its cassette, do not drop the banner from a height. Guide it gently back into the cassette so that it retracts correctly inside.
