We are sorry to read that the final rendering of your ballpoint Pens did not meet your expectations. Simply, We would like to inform you that we are using a fully automated printing process and packaging system. Mistakes happen even with the numerous checks. We are proud to inform you that we stop at nothing to satisfy our customers. As a result, we have placed a new order for the Pens at no additional cost to arrive on July 4th. Thank you and we hope you will grant us the opportunity to improve your image of us.
