Logo too small

I stretched the logo so it spread over the whole torch. It was made much smaller than indicated on the proof and can't be read.

Disappointing, LOGO unclear, some torches fail to work!

LOGO hardly visible (no pointers when uploaded!). Some Torches do not light up!

It saddens us to learn some Torch Keyrings are not lighting up and that you are unhappy with the logo size. In an effort to resolve the matter, we have taken the necessary steps on your account to address the issue. An email with additional information about the solution will be sent to you. For future reference, the printable area is 0.85 cm x 3.2 cm, as such we don't recommend putting several lines of text accompanied by a logo. Your concern will also be shared with the appropriate team for review.

When I ordered these keyrings I wanted a quick delivery as they were for the members of our village Over 75 Breakfast Club's Christmas meeting on the 09/12/22. I was told there was only one delivery option available & the estimated delivery date was 07/12/22. I said I'd accept that & I'd hope they would arrive in time. You have surpassed yourselves as they arrived today 25/11/22. THANK YOU VISTAPRINT & FEDEX
