If you review the design our designers made and would like to change something, you can request a revision. To request a revision of the design, follow these steps:
- Visit My Design Services.
- While waiting for your design, you can now click Open Project to check the updates on the status of your design.
- On the left-hand side, you will see the activity thread where any updates about the design will be posted as a message.
- Once the design is completed, you will receive an email notification, and in your My Design Services section, you will see that the design is now ready for review.
- In the design editor, the activity thread now shows the activities that have taken place and notes from the designer, and you can request a revision directly in the design tool, as well as check how many revisions you have left.
- When providing feedback, you can leave general comments or specific comments linked to a part of the design that needs editing.
- You can review your previous feedback comments by clicking View Feedback.
- In the design feedback, both you and the designer can easily see which part of the design each feedback comment refers to.
- Click Approve & order to approve the design.
Please provide detailed feedback to the designer so we can update the design according to your wishes.
When you buy a custom design from Vista Design Services, you can provide written feedback through the website with up to 3 rounds of revisions for free. Within 24 hours of submitting your revision request (excluding weekends and public holidays), you will receive an email notification that your design is ready for review again.
