Lightweight, durable reboard

These FSC®-certified honeycomb cardboard signs are an eco-friendly alternative to foam, combining lightweight portability with incredible durability. Made from white honeycomb cardboard 10 or 16 mm thick, each panel comprises a honeycomb structure core covered by two layers of extra-thick kraft cardboard. This multi-layered construction prevents bending, wear or tear without adding extra weight, making the material environmentally friendly, durable and rigid. Not only that, it's also easy to recycle.

Look really good but the corrugated cardboard edges are very very fragile and one light bump they crease the face of the board and then looks bashed. It’s a flaw. Despite being handled with kid gloves. Need to have a stronger edge system.

Reboard features a unique, visible honeycomb core at the edges. This structural interior is left as a raw, geometric design feature that showcases the eco-friendly nature of the material.

The surface is made of extra-thick, white kraft cardboard. While it provides a high-quality print finish, it has a slightly more organic, matte paper feel compared to the plastic-like smoothness of Foamex.

Yes. Reboard is designed for durability. However, because it is paper-based, we recommend handling the edges with care during transport and storing the signs flat in a cool, dry place to prevent warping.

It is incredibly rigid. Thanks to its sandwich construction, it has high crush resistance, meaning it won't bend or flop like traditional thin cardboards or posters. We offer it in 10 mm and 16 mm thicknesses to suit everything from premium signage to heavy-duty displays.

These signs are sold as flat panels. If you need a free-standing display, you can pair them with our tabletop signs or floor-standing easels, which are sold separately.

This is the best part! Unlike plastic or Foamex signs, Reboard is recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly choice for your signage needs.

Products with the FSC® logo have been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®), the world’s leading organisation for responsible forest management, as well as the Rainforest Alliance. The way trees are processed is what makes FSC®-certified products a more environmentally friendly and sustainable option. Trees selected are replanted and allowed to naturally regrow and regenerate without harming the environment or wildlife. Our FSC®-certified reboard signs are durable, affordable and print very nicely – which means you can get vivid, high-quality artwork.

We recommend that you only use these signs indoors as the paperboard material is not weather-resistant. If you are looking for outdoor-friendly signage options, we’d recommend our plastic signs or Foamex Signs.
