Posters delivered to quality but late

Chose VistaPrint given reputable company and so pricier than some other options. Online interface was relatively easy to use to upload images to produce 11 distinct posters. Support via chat service was excellent. Items received were of good print quality and packaged very well. However paid for express “rush” service and only some posters delivered on time the others late - I should receive service I pay for ! Hence rating dropped by 1 star

2nd Attempt at Poster - Ripped Again

I previously ordered a poster and it arrived with two tears at the bottom of the poster, Vistaprint kindly reprinted my design and provided an express postage. Again the print is vet high quality, unfortunately there was a bigger tear in the poster this time, with the postage box also being torn - likely delivery damage I would imagine. I do not want a third attempt, I will stick with the original poster, but this is very disappointing
