After I ordered the calendar, I kept checking the status as it was a Christmas present for Grandma and I noticed that it still hadn’t been printed after quite a few days. So I contacted Customer Services and they said because I got the cheap delivery that they weren’t going to print it yet. After doing this for several days, I got through to somebody in Customer Service who actually helped me. They said there was a fault and that they would have a re-printed as soon as possible! Obviously there had been a problem but Customer Service had no idea how to handle it so Even though the order did arrive on time it was quite stressful making sure it arrived for Christmas even though I had given it good time to make sure it arrived! I wasn’t best pleased with the service and the calendar seems thinner than previous years.
