The measurements I gave you are not what u printed
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry for the confusion you experienced with your Food Packaging Labels, particularly regarding the final dimensions not meeting your expectations. We're happy to assist and help clarify the matter. Upon reviewing the artwork submitted with your order, we noticed it was a low-resolution screenshot taken from a mobile device rather than a high-quality digital file. Unfortunately, this significantly affected both the print quality and the sizing outcome of your labels. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend using our on-screen preview tool and downloading a PDF proof before placing your order. These tools provide a clear and accurate representation of how your design will appear once printed. You can learn more in this helpful article: https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/customer-care/help-centre/360052259371/?querycat=helpcenter_search_dropdown&q=pdf%20proof Please also note that VistaPrint does not manually review, adjust, or alter customer-submitted artwork. Files are sent directly to production once an order is placed, so it’s essential that your designs are final and submitted in optimal resolution. If you’d prefer expert support preparing your artwork, we suggest that you explore our design service. Our graphic design team can enhance your file and deliver a professional, print-ready version within 24 to 48 hours by email. You’ll also be able to request any changes before placing a new order at your convenience. Just ok

There are fine white edges around the labels despite making sure the artwork proof did not have this. Makes it look home made rather than professional.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We regret to hear that there were white edges on your labels and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We'll be happy to look into this matter further for you in order to get it addressed. To do so, please reply with an image showing how the print came on the product.

Yes. If you plan to write on your personalised food stickers , we recommend picking the matte option — it’s the easiest to write on. For our silver and gold paper labels or plastic roll stickers, you’ll want to make sure to use a permanent marker.

Our labels are durable and made to last up to 2 years, with waterproof and greaseproof options also available to choose from.

We don’t offer samples at the moment, but the minimum order quantity is 100. So, you can try them out before ordering more.

If you’re unsure about which size labels you’ll need or which shape suits your products or logo best, you can always check out our printable label sizing guide. It’s a great way to see how our standard-sized labels look on your products and packaging, and it’s completely free.

Yes, when uploading imagery, we would highly recommend that you use images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher, for the clearest results. If you select transparent plastic as your material, make sure you don’t use designs with white backgrounds and avoid JPEG files. Opt for .pdf or .png files instead. This will ensure you get the transparent effect you’re looking for.

If you choose holographic plastic, leave some space around your design so the effect can come through. Also, please keep in mind that lighter colours will work better with holographic material because they will blend easily, whereas dark colours may block the shimmer.

No, our labels are designed exclusively for food packaging and not the actual food product itself as neither the materials nor the adhesive used are food-safe.
