Yes, if your goods are being delivered to one of the following countries: Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia.
There are 2 ways to designate your account as VAT exempt:
In My Account
- Click My Account > Payments & Delivery. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- Scroll down to the VAT IDs section.
- Click + Add a new VAT ID number.
- Type your VAT ID number in the VAT Number field. (The field is pre-populated with the country abbreviation.)
- Click Apply.
During Checkout
- In your basket, click Checkout.
- Type your VAT ID number in the VAT Number field. (The field is pre-populated with the country abbreviation of your ship-to destination.)
- If necessary, click the Are you adding a VAT number? drop-down in the shaded area, above Order Summary.
- Click Apply.
Our secure systems will then perform a VAT ID validity check. If the check is successful, your account saves this information and you can reclaim your VAT for print products once you receive your VAT invoice and submit it to your local tax office.
All information, including personal information, related to this request for exemption from VAT, including the VAT Identification Number, will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in accordance with the terms of the Vistaprint Privacy and Security Policy.
