The quality was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Looked better than I anticipated.

I ordered a couple of caps as a test with the aim to place a larger order for clients. I’m glad I took this approach as although the stitching is good, the quality and fit of the cap is poor - and this was one of the more expensive caps. Not suitable for the clients we intended to send these too.

The detail and the embroidery were great, better than expected.

The embroidery itself was as expected, the previews provided were very accurate to what I received in that regard. However the base cap itself felt cheap and for what I paid for it, I expected a much better quality cap. I won't be keeping mine, I'll be passing it on now as it just looks cheap and fits badly. The front cap part where the embroidery is collapses in on itself when put on so it has a massive dent in the front when worn. Can't straighten it out, tried steaming it out and have made the hat band wider, even when the hat is sized too big, it still collapses on itself. Rubbish really, not worth the price.
