The paper and colour quality are consistently excellent, and I’ve always been impressed with the overall finish. However, I’ve ordered this product in a variety of designs, and unfortunately there seems to be a recurring issue with alignment. I would like to highlight that the customer service team have been very helpful and responsive, even offering complimentary reprints, which I really appreciate. That said, despite multiple reprints, the cards have continued to arrive misaligned, which suggests the quality checks before dispatch may need some attention. It’s a real shame, as I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly a decade and didn’t experience these alignment issues in earlier years. I hope this can be resolved, as I’ve always valued the quality of your products.
