We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cards received and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the design was not applied properly to the cards and so the print was not done correctly. Sadly no one goes in to review a design on an order after it is placed and so it is required that what is submitted is what is expected to print. Also, once an order is placed no changes can be made to it. The order would have to be canceled and redone with the update. As a courtesy, we've corrected the cards and have processed a free replacement for them. You can view this update in your order history and should receive the new order soon.
