What material are the display fabric prints made from?

Our pop up display fabrics are made from a polyester weave called Display Knit, which is known for its durability and image quality.

Which size do you recommend for a standard booth size for tradeshows?

The 2.3 x 2.3 m pop-up works well with most standard-size trade show booths.

Can I buy a fabric print on its own?

Yes, but the only frames we can guarantee that it will fit are VistaPrint frames.

How many people are needed for assembly? How long is the average assembly time for the minimum number of people?

The pop-up can be assembled with one person, but it would be most efficient to have at least two people working together. Assembly is quick and takes around 5 minutes with two people, when you use the following approach: 1. __EXPAND THE FRAME:__ Expand the frame by laying it flat and stretching out the corners. 2. __LOCK CLIPS:__ Lay your pop-up frame and lock the clips into place. 3. __ATTACH FABRIC:__ Attach the fabric Velcro strip around the pop-up frame. 4. __RAISE & STABILISE:__ Raise the pop-up, smoothing out the Velcro and locking any remaining clips into place.

Are custom pop-ups fireproof?

Yes, the material is DIN 4102 certified and classified as B1 fire retardant.

Can I wash my custom pop-ups?

Yes, but please be aware that they will no longer be considered fire retardant, and they will lose B1 classification. We recommend washing your pop-up display as follows: 1. Put your display fabric on a cold, 30° wash with regular detergent 2. Lay the fabric flat to dry 3. Please let the fabric dry completely before folding 4. DO NOT: - a. bleach - b. iron - c. tumble dry - d. dry clean

Are the frame and the fabric the same dimensions as the standard size for "checked baggage" for flying?

Airline regulations vary but for the 2.3 x 2.3 display, the weight of frame, fabric, and case is 14 kgs. For the 3 x 2.3 display, the weight of frame, fabric, and case is 18 kgs.

What are the dimensions of both pop-ups?

Measurements are as follows: 3 x 3 m Display - Constructed dimensions: 224 cm x 225 cm x 30 cm - Weight of frame: 7.5 kg - Weight of frame, fabric and case: 14 kg 4 x 3 m Display - Constructed dimensions: 297 cm x 225 cm x 30 cm - Weight of frame: 10.5 kg - Weight of frame, fabric and case: 18 kg

So much better having a simple fabric panel to attach to the frame - and the ‘box’ style looks really good.

Somewhat disappointed quality has slipped significantly

We'd previously purchased the frames and a first set of graphics in September 24 and these were really good - no complaints so far. This purchase was to obtain replacement graphics. Positives of this order was that print quality remained strong. Unfortunately, when we weighed both earlier and recent purchases, we found Vistaprint had significantly reduced the material weight in the latest order, which resulted in a highly translucent product (see images). The finishing is also to a lower standard than it was earlier - where edges were properly folded before stitching, rather than just cut, as now. Bottom line is it's not a badly-priced product, and if you're exhibiting in a space where you have a solid backwall behind you, you may just about get away with this more translucent product, (although the supports could well still show through the sides). Personally, I'd rather pay a bit more, and have a slightly higher quality product, which I know I can use in a variety of locations in the same stand space - If you're listening, Vistaprint, please go back to the previous standards, because this was originally a cracking product at a really fair price, and one that we wouldn't have hesitated to award five stars.
