Frequently asked questions

Both fabrics are 220 gsm, 100% knitted polyester. But our soft-touch personalised cushions are made from a softer fabric. Also, depending on the image or photo used, darker designs printed on soft-touch fabrics look more vibrant compared to the standard option.

Yes. Your order includes one cushion and one cushion cover with a white zip for easy removal.

Our cushions are made of 220 gsm polyester. Each cushion is 100% polyester with a metal zip.

To keep your cushion looking its best, we recommend that you spot or dry clean it. We don’t advise trying to use a washing machine.

At the moment we don’t have predesigned templates, so you’ll need to upload your image to make your own cushion design. For better printing results, we recommend your file to be a minimum of 150 DPI.

We use dye-sublimation printing. This method creates a vibrant, high-quality print that won’t flake off or crack.

Make sure to stretch your image across the entire design area while you’re designing your photo cushion.
