Each lightweight, flexible and multilayered pouch locks freshness in while keeping air and moisture out. And with eye-catching, full-colour printing available across a variety of shapes and sizes, you can create the ideal packaging for your products. When you're ready to start designing your pouches, you’ll be able to choose from the following options: Upload your own design or explore our fully customisable templates. Whichever option you choose you'll be able to review your design in 3D to make sure it's just right before we take care of the rest (be sure to remove any die-lines to prevent them from getting printed). Your stand-up pouches will arrive printed and open at the top. Absolutely. We rigorously test all of our products and films — first in our manufacturing plants and then with the same processes and machinery our customers use. All of our flexible pouches come in high-barrier options, which prevent water, light or oxygen from getting in or getting out.
No. All our flat pouches are printed and shipped open at the top. After filling, we highly recommend using a heat sealer on the top to seal securely – even if you order pouches with a zip. This protects contents from being exposed to the elements or damaged in transit.
Custom pouches are very versatile, and great for:

Yes.
Yes, our personalised pouches are suitable for direct food contact. You can also put them in a freezer up to -15 degrees Celsius (not suitable for deep freezing). Plus, they're leak-proof for liquids. All of our pouches apart from our aluminium material options are microwave safe.
Yes. The film material blocks moisture and oxygen, which helps keep the product fresh.
If your customer is likely to discard the pouch immediately after your product has been removed, then you don't need a zip. If your product is designed for long-term use, we recommend adding a zip to make it easy for customers to open and close the pouch.
If you choose to add a zip, a single-track zip will be added approximately 4 cm from the top edge of the pouch, depending on the pouch size. To see exact placement by size, you can download a template of your desired size from the ‘Specs & Templates’ section of this page.
Yes.
For our 80 x 130 mm pouch, you can add a 7 mm round hole. For all other sizes, you can add a Euro hole which is 1 x 3 cm.
The minimum quantity order is 50 pouch packaging pieces.
