The printing was up to standard however the cups themselves leaked which as you can imagine was a pretty huge problem.

Yes, they comply with all regulations, including those set forth by the Single-Use Plastics (SUP) directive in the EU.
Our plastic-free options are exempt from the SUP directive because they don’t use traditional polyethylene coating — the coating used inside is water-based.
Our Pure Paper cups are made from compostable materials. As are our white paper lids. All our other cup and disposable cup lid options can be recycled.
Our plastic-free cups have a water-based coating that serves as a liquid barrier.
‘Walls’ refers to the number of layers of paper used to create each cup. A double-walled cup is made with two layers of paper material. It’s a great option if you’re serving hot beverages. The extra layer acts as a built-in sleeve, insulating the hot drink inside while helping to keep the outside cooler and safe to touch. A single-walled cup is recommended for use with cooler drinks — or hot drinks if you’ll also provide a separate cup sleeve.
You can customise as much of the outside as you’d like. As part of the design process, you’ll upload the design of your choice, which will be wrapped around your cup. You can choose to add your logo, a full-colour design or a custom message. You can even create a custom design for non-business use — our paper cups are also a great way to add a personalised touch to birthday parties, hen parties and more.
Although the ink is food-safe, it is not vegan.
Printing on curved surfaces can be complicated, especially when it comes to text. That’s why our design studio lets you preview your design in 3D to make sure everything looks just right before it’s custom printed.
No, they’re not. For an extra cost, you can select from a variety of sip-thru disposable cup lid choices listed in our ‘Options’ section and add them to your order once you approve your cup design. You can also order matching disposable cup lids separately.
No, the disposable cup lids can’t be customised. However, we do offer a variety of disposable cup lid materials and colours for you to choose from. You can preview available sip-through disposable cup lid styles in the ‘Options’ section and add them to your order after you approve your cup design.
