If you have previously used social media login to access VistaPrint, but would like to use a different login method, you can disconnect the social media login from your account. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click Sign in.
2. Sign in with the social login you previously used.
3. Hover your mouse over My Account and click Account Settings.
4. From Account Settings, click Disconnect under Social Login.
5. Complete the disconnection.
- Once completed, a success message will display
6. You will receive an email asking you to complete your VistaPrint password reset. In the email, click Reset Password.
7. Create a new password, then click Reset password.
8. You can now sign in using your new password, and you will no longer be able to use your social login to log in to your account.
