Lacking texture as advertised

I’m big into textured business cards, which is why I chose the bamboo ones. In the pictures advertised at least, they should have some feel to them. But the cards I received seemed like they were printed on normal paper with no discernible texture to them. Which kind of led me to think I didn’t receive the correct paper if I’m being totally honest.
