The white edges on the sides of the product occurred because the background of your design was not extended to the full bleed boundary on the digital template. For a seamless look, ensuring the design stretches all the way to the outer edges of the editor will eliminate any unprinted borders. 2. The Fixing Holes: The hanging/display holes are punched at the four corners according to our standardized manufacturing process. They are not cut based on any graphic circles or hole markers placed within your custom design itself. A tip for future designs: We highly recommend removing any drawn-in circles from your artwork file, or carefully aligning your custom design elements to match up precisely with the system's official hole indicators shown in the design studio.
