I ordered business cards and made sure to take a screenshot of the print preview. I paid extra for postage as I needed them for a specific date. When they arrived the cards were printed upside down. The company admitted it was a printing mistake and offered to send reprinted ones out quickly so as it still makes the date. This was not done in time and the second arrived late. iPhone opening, they were exactly the same as the first order - complexly incorrect and not fit for use. Absolutely terrible service.
