Made incorrectly - cannot use

The product (an outdoor poster) seemed fine until I tried to put it up. The bars holding the top of the signs have been put on back to front and so it can't be used. I created an email on the website and have had no response.
Also there is no Return an item option which should be available as this was an online purchase.
VIstaprint has always been OK for me until now

Parts fitted wrong so it would not work as intended

The metal framing at the top of the banner on each side has been fitted the wrong way, so it is unable to clip onto the pole at the top making it completely unusable!

Although I haven't used it at an exhibition yet the quality and resolution are superb. Far better than I envisaged. Seeing it in the 'flesh' it is massive and really does make an impact. As an amateur wildlife artist it does make a big statement which I hope doesn't make my fellow artists think I'm on an ego trip!
