Essential for product-based businesses
Custom product catalogues and company catalogues let customers browse your offering at their own pace. Whether you're selling homeware, clothing and accessories, equipment or speciality items, a printed product catalogue creates a tangible shopping experience that a website can't replicate. The minimum page count for a personalised catalogue is 8 pages, with up to 84 available – giving you space to organise products by category, open with a brand or company overview, include pricing and specifications, and highlight bestsellers or seasonal offerings. Business catalogues and brand catalogues work equally well as handouts at trade shows, mail inserts or in-store reference materials that customers can take home.
Professional presentation options
When it comes to paper, GSM (grams per square metre) is simply a measure of weight and thickness – the higher the number, the heavier and more premium the sheet feels in hand. Choose from matte or glossy paper finishes to best display your product photography across 6 available sizes, including portrait, landscape and square formats. Your custom product catalogue includes 4 cover pages with 3 thickness options: self cover (matching your inside pages), premium 250 gsm laminated cover or premium plus 300 gsm laminated cover for maximum durability. All catalogues use saddle-stitched binding – two metal staples placed along the spine – which keeps your photo catalogue neat and intact through repeated handling by customers and sales teams alike.
Straightforward ordering process
Upload your product catalogue design as a PDF and select your preferred size, page count and paper options. When designing, keep text at least 1 cm from the margins and include a 3 mm bleed on every side to ensure a clean, accurate print. Our system checks your file for common design issues and guides you through the ordering process. Once your order is placed, we handle the professional printing and deliver your finished catalogues ready to distribute. Your custom product catalogues will arrive looking sharp and ready to help customers discover what you sell.
Frequently asked questions
Yes — for a successful print, we recommend following these design tips and upload specifications.
Format: Your file needs to be in PDF format — without password protection.
Layout: Your file should include single pages, each arranged in the correct reading order. Make sure your file includes all of your pages – including four cover pages.
Blank Pages: If you want blank inside cover pages, make sure you include blank pages within your PDF file.
Colours: Event programmes are printed in CMYK. Images provided in RGB or PANTONE colours will be converted.
Resolution: 300 dpi (dots per inch) is the required resolution for event programmes. Lower resolutions may affect the printing quality.
Bleeds: For an accurate print, include a 3 mm bleed on every side of every page. If you encounter file upload issues, double-check your bleed — it may exceed the accepted ±0.25 threshold.
Margins: Keep all text at least 1 cm from the margins. Anything closer may be too close to the edge (or the binding) to easily read.

No, you’re not required to — you’ll just need to include blank pages in your print-ready PDF. But if you’d like to utilise all the space and add content to all 4 cover pages, you’re welcome to do that too.
You have three cover options for your Stapled Booklet:
- Self cover – the same paper weight as your inside pages
- Premium cover – a thicker 250 gsm stock
- Premium Plus cover – an even thicker 300 gsm stock
Both the Premium and Premium Plus covers come with a laminate finish, which helps protect your booklet from spills and everyday wear.
