While we provide the exact dimensions of each stamp size on our website, we completely understand how online preview images can sometimes be hard to visualize to true scale. Your order was produced using our smallest stamp size available, which measures 1.2" x 3.6", and your uploaded design contains extremely small text that simply cannot be successfully made on a stamp of that scale. Custom stamps rely on a physical plate to transfer ink onto paper, which is why we share on our website that uploads with small graphics, fine lines, or fonts smaller than 8pt are not advised. When a design contains intricate details or microscopic text on such a small canvas, the ink naturally bleeds and fills in the tiny gaps between the lines and letters, causing the final impression to look smudged and illegible. Moving forward, we highly recommend choosing a larger stamp size when your design has more text and fine details, as the increased space will allow the ink to transfer cleanly without blurring.
