We understand that it can be a little tricky to put up and down at first, so we wanted to share a few quick tips to make the process much easier for your next event. When connecting the pole pieces for our standard style, please make sure to find the round part inside the hole and stick the pole directly into it to ensure the banner stands completely straight. When raising the display, use two hands to pull your banner straight up from the very center of the rail. It is important that you don't try to pull the banner further than the height of the pole, otherwise you may damage the internal retraction mechanism. Finally, when you are ready to pack up, please do not drop the banner from a height; instead, guide it gently back into the cassette so that it retracts correctly and safely inside.
