Quick but Slight Misprint

The cards came just in time for when I needed them and the quality was good. However, the printing was slightly misaligned on all the cards. Nothing too major, still decent value for money.

Upon reviewing the order, we found that the images that were uploaded were not quite centered on the template. We love it when our customers are happy with their shopping experience, so we'd love to make this right for you. We've made the necessary changes and have placed a free reorder for another set of cards. For future reference, we recommend creating your images without borders. The cards are cut anywhere between the trim and the bleed area, to the margins may not align as expected Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We truly value and appreciate your business.

Good service and product but I would alter in future

I was updating my Business cards after a number of years and the style previously was no longer available. I therefore looked at new styles and using the vistaprint Logo creator, the later produced something I was happy with. However, as there was no option for sample creation and had to make full order at time, Once they arrive, although ok, I could see areas that would make much better. E. g. Some text was clear on digital form BUT could have been darker on the actual cards. Also the addition of a background colour, especially on the back showing the logo, would have made a greater impact. Unfortunately it will be a while to get through these before I order more so may have to start again.
