I had to chase many times for updates as tracking had not moved since day one , very obviously an issue. Customer service dismissed me twice and did not holistically review my query. It took a 3rd email to a different agent just to get acknowledged. The item was a gift , which missed the date , however replacement was expedited, and appropriate communication followed. Item was lovely , but overall I wouldn’t rush back.

Made as a gift for my gran’s 90th birthday. She is now in care and has advanced vascular dementia. Having a blanket with photos of her life/family on it will hopefully bring her some familiarity and comfort. It also shows how loved she is by all the family.
The quality is amazing; so so soft. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase if I’m honest.
Delivery was quicker than estimated too!

Super fun that you can personalise it! It’s a bit expensive for the quality, plus the first time it was crooked. I got in touch with clients service, sent them pictures and they sent a new one for free. It’s not perfect but definitely acceptable now. Overall recommended.
