Design is fine but the mug is chipped and far from satisfied with it. Vista print can count on me not buying this from them again!

Nice mug. Shame about the print.

Nice looking mug, but the printing is awful. The circular logos are squashed and not fully round. And the colours are way off from the uploaded design. The main orange looks almost brown ☹️ Took a chance m, but very disappointed.

Print is different on both size

Ugly transfer, poor detail and positioning

The mug itself is solid but the printing was very disappointing. The print is a transfer and despite the background of the design having been transparent it is surrounded by an obvious, ugly rectangle. The positioning of the text was also off centre and not like the preview. Finally, the detail of the design - e.g. words and labels - was blurry and barely legible. The positioning and small text are forgiveable - perhaps I was trying to do too much for the format - but the real problem is the transfer rectangle that makes it look cheap and ugly.
