Yes. Most orders from Vistaprint can be tracked.
We understand how important it is to know the status and whereabouts of your order, so we've put a tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. You can also track your order from your account:
- Click on My Account. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- Click on View Order History in the “Account Tools" section.
- Click on the order number and a detailed receipt displays.
- Click the Track button in the "Status Information" column.
- The tracking page for the shipping company will open and display shipping information for your order.
Absolutely. We offer two-business-day shipping on U.K.-bound orders placed before 11pm.
Some exceptions do apply. Express delivery is not available for orders that are shipping to a PO Box as well as some remote areas in the UK. Certain products like checks can’t be rushed either. Return address labels can only be rush shipped when there is another product being ordered.
During checkout, we will list available options based on your shipping address and order.
Note: processing times are estimated for the mainland Britain; Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may take longer.
All our carriers enable us to offer high-quality shipping services at a low cost. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
It depends what you've ordered, which delivery speed you have selected and your delivery address.
